Your typing speed isn't the problem.
Typing tests measure how fast you copy text. Exams ask you to compose it — thinking and typing at the same time, competing for the same attention.
Those are two completely different numbers. Most people type 80 WPM in a typing test and 25 WPM in an actual essay.
- You get a real exam prompt and a 40-minute clock
- Every keystroke is timed — we find where you stall, not just how fast you go
- Spellcheck, autocorrect and Grammarly are disabled, like the real exam
Your essay never leaves this browser. Only your score goes to the leaderboard — and only if you want it to.
